Humatrope Patient Reimbursement Program – Humatrope ACCESS
How can this program help me?
Eli Lilly and Company offers a free program called the Humatrope Reimbursement Center (HRC). The HRC is designed to help guide you through the drug authorization process required by your insurer for the Humatrope® therapy recently prescribed. The HRC will investigate your insurance coverage to determine if you have coverage for Humatrope and inform you of your options. The HRC will help you through this process and answer questions you have.

If it is determined that your insurer will not cover your Humatrope therapy and you meet certain criteria, the HRC will provide you with paperwork to apply for Humatrope ACCESS.

Do I qualify for Humatrope ACCESS?
To qualify for Humatrope ACCESS you must:
  • Not be eligible for or enrolled in Medicare.
  • Be a United States resident.*
  • Meet the household income guidelines for the program.

Where do I get my medicine?
A 90-day supply of medicine will be shipped to your home through mail order pharmacy. Prescription refills will be available for up to a 1-year enrollment period. If you have any change in insurance coverage, you will need to notify the Humatrope Reimbursement Center.

How do I apply?
  • Contact the Humatrope Reimbursement Center by calling 1-800-642-2340.

If approved, you will be notified by the Humatrope ACCESS patient assistance program and your medication will be shipped to your home through mail order. You will remain enrolled in the program for up to 1 year. To continue receiving free Lilly medicines, you must reapply each year.
