How can this program help me?
Lilly has provided free insulin and glucagon products to diabetes camps across the country for many years. In 2008, Lilly developed the Lilly Camp Care Package Initiative program to provide diabetes camps across the United States with both insulin products and educational resources that help children learn to manage their diabetes while having fun at camp.

Do I qualify for the Lilly Camp Care Package Initiative?
Diabetes Camps must meet the following eligibility criteria before they will be enrolled in the Lilly Camp Care Package Initiative. Camps must:
  • Submit a completed application.
  • Provide a signed Statement Acknowledging Donated Product form.
  • Provide a copy of IRS Form 8283 Noncash Charitable Contributions.
  • Camp must be located within the United States or Puerto Rico.

What Lilly medicines are available?
Lilly will provide the following products free to qualifying camps.

Where do I get my medicine?
Lilly will ship free products to qualifying camps.

How do I apply?
Applications are provided to registered diabetes camps through the Diabetes Education and Camping Association and through the American Diabetes Association.
